David Goldman finalmente visitou o filho

Ao pai, David, foi garantido o direito a visitar o filho hoje. (Nao sabe do que estou falando? Leia post abaixo). Como isso já havia ocorrido outras vezes e o JPL&S fugiu com o menino e negou o direito a visita, eu nao havia postado nada aqui. O caso foi mencionado no Manhattan Conexion de ontem, com imagens de pai e filho, e citaram a lei do silencio no Brasil, mas salientando que foi o assunto da semana nos EUA, com várias acusacoes de banditismo, denegrindo bastante a imagem do Brasil nos EUA. Mas a visita ocorreu, embora os detalhes nao sejam conhecidos. O link está aqui.

The reunion was witnessed by U.S. Rep. Christopher Smith. The New Jersey Republican is trying to help the Tinton Falls man win custody.

A court ruled last week that Goldman could visit as a possible first step toward gaining custody. The boy was taken to Brazil by his mother when he was 4. She remarried and died last year after giving birth to another child. David Goldman was denied visitation until Smith increased political pressure last week. Another court hearing in the case could come as soon as Wednesday.
